Good compression,perfect for a C section recovery! The length, however, is why i give it 4 stars,it is too long,and i am 5'7"! the very tight top ends on my ribs and hurts them,even making me uncomfortable to breathe at times. Other than that, i like it and would recommend to buy it. Love these & wear them almost every day. I bought them for support after c section... But 3 months later I am about to buy my 5th pair. Gained a ton of weight during pregnancy, and these are the most comfortable support-wear I have found for daily use. I don't think they helped my belly shrink, but they hold everything togethet when I workout and try to lose my baby weight.
